Freedom on the Internet

Every day someone, somewhere says that keeping
'certain things'
off the Internet is
'what is best'
for the community(ignoring the Internet is WORLDWIDE).

Let's keep sex off the net. Oh, and erotica too. And information on bombmaking. And let's require that EVERYONE allow ANY law enforcement agency to get into their email and bitstream without having to have a properly obtained search warrent or wire tap.

And we could also remove any references to any religion OTHER THAN OUR OWN. Remove any Pro-Choice material so people can't think they DO have a choice. Oh, and what about all this HIV info? Can't we do something about that?

This is how some people think. This is what you should be AFRAID of.
