In Search of.. DMV

Where are you?! You know who you are! You are the dedicated crew who made up a Cable Access music video show in Dallas called Dallas Music Videos.

The show was created by Kathy Blaylock. I worked with her husband Joe, and he got me hooked on the show. I crewed on the show for 6 or so years, from 1988-1995 or so. It was the most fun thing I had done in my life, up to that time. The perks of getting into concerts free, interviewing stars, seeing videos that MTV and VH-1 would *NEVER* show was great. Being part of the CREW was a status in itself.

At one point or another, I did EVERYTHING on the show.

and lots more...

We did studio shoots, both LIVE and recorded, remote shoots with both porta-pak cameras and mobile production van.

We interviewed so many groups that I can't remember them all!

I miss y'all!
